Jenny started the company with Mitch in 1992. The same year they were married. Between raising 3 children, working 2 other jobs, and getting Franklin Roofing up and running, the process has been long but very rewarding.

Jenny is very proud of all the accomplishments that the company has made over the years. We have 2 of our children working for us and very many employees that have been with us for 20+ years. We take great pride in our work and always strive for better.

Outside of work Jenny enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, riding her Ryker, and spoiling her 2 German shepherds.

PROJECT ENGINEER, CONTRACT AND BID SPECIALIST

Danielle joined our team in 2007 as an office assistant. Since then, she has grown into her position that assists all aspects of our company.

Danielle has excellent attention to detail and is very proficient in building envelope construction design. She was an integral part of our company branching out into builidng exteriors in addition to roofing.

Outside of work Danielle enjoys spending time with her kids and cats, riding motorcycles, camping, shooting, and running.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Carl has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He started out as a framing laborer and then later moved to supervisor in residential construction and general contracting. He then moved into the commercial roofing and water proofing industry and joined the team at Franklin in 1997. Carl began as a roofing installer and quickly moved into a supervisor position. During that time, he was also trained in leak inspection and repair, as well as maintenance, service, inspection and management. He began estimating projects approximately sixteen years ago and now hold the position of Senior Project Manager at Franklin Roofing Enterprises.

Outside of work Carl enjoys spending time with family and friends, Golf, Disc Golf, Sport Shooting along with several other outdoor activities.

SUPERINTENDENT-EXTERIORS

Rob joined our team in 2022. With years of field experience in sheet metal and siding, it makes him a valuable teammate in detailing and managing complex jobs.

Rob has excllent communication skills and a positive attitude that creates a great working environment.

Outside of work Rob enjoys camping, boating, Seahawks, an family vacations.

Brent joined Franklin Enterprises in 2021 and quickly garnered a reputation for his commitment to teamwork, quality, and integrity amongst his peers/colleagues.

Brent started his management career with Hampton Lumber as a quality control specialist in 2017.

Brent’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, camping, 4x4 off roading and enjoying time with his family.

SUPERINTENDENT-ROOFING

Kelly has been with Franklin Roofing Enterprises since 1997, he started as an installer then became a Foreman within his first 5 years. Kelly was promoted to Superintendent in 2013. Kelly is in charge of quality control and production. He focuses on delivering projects as promised, ahead of schedule, and within budget.

Kelly’s hobbies include motorcycles, camping, and enjoying his family.

PROJECT MANAGER-ROOFING

Rob joined our team in 2016. Rob began as a roofing installer, after 2 years he moved into the position as a Project Manager utilizing his background of Architecture drafting and small business ownership.

Rob has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that creates a great working environment.

Rob’s hobbies include motorcycles, camping, and enjoying his family.

Tim joined our team in 2023 with management experience in retail sales and technical cerifications in watchmaking. He gained a reputation forhard work, team building, and attention to detail.

Hobbies include hunting, shooting, personal fitness, and spending time with his family.

OFFICE/SERVICE MANAGER

Shaunie has been with Franklin Roofing Enterprises since 2017. She started as an office assistant, and within her first year with Franklin Roofing she moved into the service department. Shaunie works closely with our project management team while also providing all office needed support.

Shaunie started her management career in the Senior Living community as a Business Office Manager in 2005 were she continued to hone her skills until she joined our team in 2017.

Shaunie’s hobbies include camping, horses, and enjoying her family.

SERVICE DIRECTOR

Prior to joining Franklin Enterprises in 2018 as Service Director, Shawn was the Northwest Senior Commercial Territory Manager for GAF. He started his commercial roofing career while going to college. After receiving his Associates of Applied Science (Criminal Justice), he continued on the commercial side of the roofing industry. He received his RRO in 2011 and has remained on the commercial side of the industry since.

As Service Director he ensures our customers’ buildings receive the service and attention that has made Franklin Roofing a staple in the commercial market. Our Service Department utilizes FCS which gives our customers real time info on their buildings to include pictures and explanations of services provided.

Shawn is married to Katrina for almost 20 years and has five kids, he enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
